Experience
HammerHead Trenchless, Sr. Instructional Designer
I act as a program manager for HammerHead University, a product training program for our customers. This program takes a blended approach, including eLearning, instructor-led training (offered in our state-of-the-art training facility or at a customer's chosen location), performance support materials, and a social community of practice. In addition, I manage our current customer-facing app and am leading the design and development of a newly enhanced app. I regularly lead project teams and act as a learning consultant for internal training or performance improvement efforts.

UW Health, Learning & Development Specialist in Learning Technologies
April 2016 – Present

At UW Health, I worked with a large team of instructional designers to design and create eLearning and instructor-led courses. My primary focus was on eLearning, but there was crossover between my role and the ILT side of things, which included facilitation. Because we have several people working on eLearning courses, I created specialized templates to increase quality, productivity, and workflow, and I designed standardized processes for development and review. I acted as a mentor to newer team members, managed the project intake process, assigned projects to developers, and spearheaded our largest and most complex eLearning projects.
